At the request of the Gentlemen of the Jury who tried these Prisoners on the 24th January last, before the High Court of Admiralty, on the charge of piracy committed at Chimmo Bay on board the "Omega", I have the honor to forward to you the enclosed Petitions and respectfully to request that you will be pleased to lay the same before His Excellency the Governor for his favorable consideration.
Of the three jurymen who have not signed the certificates, five are absent from the Colony, and one of them is now dead.
